	Skills-Based Programmes focus on the skills and language required to be effective in a variety of business situations. Unlike the General Programmes they do not focus on your progression through GEM levels but rather on developing your skills in a particular area.

There are 3 types of Skills-Based Programmes:

Regular*

Up to 12 x 1 1/2 hour seminars normally delivered over a period of 6 weeks.
Incorporating all elements of a comprehensive skills-based programme

Face-to-face

Courses available: Presentations, Negotiations, Meetings, Writing Skills

Intensive*

Half or one day seminars

Focusing on the essential elements of the Regular Skills-based Programme

Face-to-face sessions

Courses available: Presentations, Negotiations, Meetings, Writing Skills

Online*

3 months access to the chosen course
Focusing on telephoning skills or client relationships skills

Online only

Courses available: Telephoning Skills , Client Relationships Skills

* You can supplement your General GEM Programmes with these skills-based sessions.
